Money Box Crafts originally started as a hobby in 2017 with the help of my Aunty and Uncle. My Uncle was responsible for drilling holes in the top of the frames for notes to go in, and he even paid towards my first vinyl cutting machine to help me improve my products. My Aunty was my biggest support and came with me to every craft fair to help me showcase my products and get Money Box Crafts out there. The photo above is my stall at my very first craft fair back in 2017!
Since then, my money box frames have come a long way and have had many improvements over the years. I have also offered a wide range of personalised products alongside my money box frames, and I've had a few breaks in between to focus on my two children.
In 2025, I proudly relaunched Money Box Crafts and opened my very own Etsy shop. I introduced new products, and the response has been amazing — my full product range has been so well received, with wonderful feedback from customers.
Now, 2026 is truly a pinch-me moment as I launch my very own website. I never imagined this would be possible, and while the imposter syndrome still creeps in occasionally, I’m so proud of how far this journey has come. Policies
Once your order has been created, I will photograph the item/s for you to have a final check over before it is posted out. These images may be used for advertising purposes unless you specifically request otherwise. All items and images used on my Etsy shop are the intellectual property of Money Box Crafts.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of spelling and that correct details are given upon ordering personalised items. Personalised/Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless I have made the error.
The upmost care is taken to ensure each order is packaged safely and securely, however if in the unfortunate instance your order does not arrive as it was sent, and is damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photograph of the item so I can take the claim further with the delivery company and arrange a replacement for you.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail tracked 48, I find the majority arrive within 2-3 days. Royal Mail does not deem a parcel as lost for 10 working days (UK), if you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact me so I can gather the information Royal Mail will require for me to proceed with the claim once 10 working days has passed.
If Royal Mail has attempted delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange a re-delivery of the order or to collect the order from their local sorting office. If the order exceeds the timescale and is returned to me, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the delivery fee to send this order back again. If the order is a personalised item unfortunately this order cannot be refunded.
